Thai massage is a traditional Eastern healing system that combines acupressure, Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures to balance the body and mind. Join us on February 9th for a soothing 90-minute Yin yoga practice led by Katie Daehler Yoga with Thai technique by Haley Wolfinger. Restore and nourish the body, mind, and spirit with yoga poses that get into the deep layers of connective tissue combined with therapeutic Thai massage techniques. This very special class is capped at 20 students to ensure that everyone gets lots of hands-on love, so please reserve your spot in advance. This class will also include aromatherapy.
